Know where you left off

Short notes for every patient. One pinned for good, one for the next visit. Before the session, one glance is enough.

01Who it's for

For people who work with people

For physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, therapists and coaches. For anyone who sees many people a week and wants to remember what was agreed with whom.

No forms, no boxes to fill in. Just the name and your notes.

02Pinned note

The thing you must not forget

Pin the most important note to the top of the card. You see it first, before anything else.

The pinned note stays put. The note for the next visit changes after every session.

One person's card: the pinned note, the plan for next time and the history.

03Memory

The whole story on one line

Every note has a date and time. The newest are at the top.

After a few months you can see what worked and what people asked about. You don't have to remember everything about everyone.

Emily's visits since September.

04The note

One sentence after the visit is enough

Write it short, right after the session. You can edit, pin or mark any note later.

  • Note

An entry with a date and time.

  • Next visit

The one you read before the next session.

  • Done

Taken care of. The note turns grey but stays in the history.

Write only what you need for your work.

05Patients

From an empty list to the first note

When you add someone, you type only their name. The app has no fields for an ID number, address or diagnosis.

The magnifying glass finds someone fast, and the plus adds the next person.

1The first launch.
2New patient: just the name.
3The patient list.

06Lock

Closed to a passing glance

With Face ID lock on, the app opens only for you.

In the app switcher the preview is covered. Your patient list won't flash past anyone's shoulder.

Face ID lock.
The preview is covered in the app switcher.

07iCloud and backups

Your notes, in your account

Notes sync through your private iCloud. When you change phones, they come back on their own.

Rather keep them on this iPhone only? One switch turns sync off.

Your notes never pass through a server run by the app's maker.

08Appearance

Light, dark and nine colours

Light, dark, or the same as your system.

Nine colours to choose from. The app icon changes with the colour.

The same icon in nine colours.

09Export

Move your notes into your records, easily

One button exports all your notes to a file, dates included.

Open the file on your computer and move what you need into the records you keep. No retyping from your phone.

You keep your records where you always have. PatientMemo just helps you move the notes there.

Privacy

No account, no sign-in. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.

Your notes are on your iPhone and in your private iCloud. The app's maker can't see them.

What you write about other people is your responsibility, just like in a paper notebook.
